This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on codeoravision.com, what each one does, and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between pages and visits — that you are the same visitor, how you arrived, which pages you looked at. Similar technologies include local storage and tracking scripts. Where this policy says "cookies" it means all of them.
A first-party cookie is set by codeoravision.com. A third-party cookie is set by another service used on the site.
We use cookies for two purposes only:

We use Google Analytics 4. It is the only analytics or tracking tool on this website.

What Google Analytics tells us: how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, what device and browser they used, and which site or search sent them. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not combine it with your enquiry to identify your browsing.
We have IP anonymisation enabled and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising or remarketing. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy policy.
There is currently no cookie banner on this website. Strictly necessary cookies are always set because the site cannot work without them, and Google Analytics runs on all visits unless you opt out using one of the methods below.
You have four ways to stop analytics tracking:
1. Google's official opt-out. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. It stops Google Analytics on every site you visit, not just this one.
2. Browser cookie controls. Block or delete cookies for codeoravision.com using the settings in section 6.
3. Global Privacy Control. Where your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing for the purposes of the CCPA. We do not sell or share data in any case.
4. Ask us. Email [email protected] and we will exclude your visits.
Every major browser lets you see stored cookies, delete them, and block them. Blocking all cookies will break parts of this and most other websites.
Most browsers also offer a private or incognito mode that clears cookies when you close the window.
The cookies set by Cloudflare and Google Analytics are controlled by those companies, not by us, and their own privacy policies apply. We list them here so you know they exist and can go and read those policies if you want to.
We update this policy when the cookies on the site change. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version was published. If we add a new tool or a cookie banner, this page changes first.
